Instead of modeling, scattering and spending lot of time for creating different floors and walls, you can easily switch textures (incl. displacement) and you'll get super-realistic results incl. geometry and tons of details.
(btw. in this scene RD-Textures is used for 90% of the visible surfaces - only the plants are not scanned)
